UK orders

Rates quoted are for tracked shipping services.  Shipping to the UK is free via Royal Mail and generally take 2-4 working days to arrive. 

Items are generally shipped within 3 working days, Monday- Friday, excluding Public Holidays.  We will notify you if there is a delay to this time frame.

All orders are sent by a tracked and insured service. 

Orders will require a signature upon receipt or electronic proof of delivery without exception.

International orders​

Prices depend on the total weight of the package being shipped- they will be calculated at checkout. We will always combine shipping where possible, we will never overcharge for shipping, in the rare event that we do we will refund you any significant difference. 

​​​We use Royal Mail Tracked/ Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For services for International orders.  Orders can be tracked from approx 24 hours after they are dispatched via Royalmail.com

Customs Duties

​

Overseas orders may subject to local customs duties. Packages can opened, inspected and delayed if they are held at customs in their destination country and often import charges incurred. This is unfortunately out of our control and customs duties/ procedures can and will vary from country to country.  Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
