UK RETURNS POLICY
​
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for vintage items unless an item is grossly misrepresented and would request that buyers carefully consider this before purchasing and do not use us as a "buy to try" service.
​
We try to ensure that our product descriptions and photographs provide you with an accurate, realistic, informative, in essence what we feel to be a true description of what is on offer.
​
Measurements are provided in detail and any significant flaws will be listed and/ or photographed. ​​​​​​​In the event that an order is misdescribed, please notify us immediately and return the item within 14 days. We will advise you of the shipping address (please do not send items to our warehouse premises address).
After this period of time we are not legally obliged to offer you a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items should be returned unworn in the condition that they were received with the tags attached. In the case of deadstock items, they should be returned in the exact condition they were sent with all tags and packaging intact.
​
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the garment is packaged well to avoid damage in transit. We are not responsible for returned items going astray therefore recommend that you use a tracked and insured service.
​
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after receipt, with funds being credited to your original payment source via Paypal.
​
Damaged returned items, items returned with make-up on them, items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way will be returned back you to you without a refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
​
The standard returns policy does not apply to international orders at this time. If however you find that an item is grossly
misdescribed or misrepresented then we will consider an overseas return. Please contact us in the first instance.
​
Please mark any International returns as "RETURNED GOODS/ ZERO VALUE" so that they do not incur any customs charges. Any customs charges on returned goods will be charged to the sender or the charge refused and the item returned back to you without a refund.
​
Return shipping fees are not covered.

ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the first instance, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any concerns that arise from a delayed/damaged/lost item as swiftly as practicable. We're always available to help you.
​
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged providing details and ideally photographs of any damage so that we can see the extent of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation.
​
Items are dispatched using a trackable service. Tracking details are generally provided to customers upon dispatch. Typically delivery companies will leave a card should they be unable to deliver you package however you can also track most packages online.
For domestic orders, please note that Royal Mail do not consider standard Signed For parcels to be "lost" until after 15 working days from the date of dispatch.
For overseas items, Royal Mail do not consider items to be "lost" until after 21 working days from the due delivery date and for the Rest of the World until 25 working days after the due delivery date. After this time customers will be refunded if their item cannot be located.
