Vintage circa 1930s-40s white cotton canvas French fall front sailor pants.
 
No issue or size label. 
 
Matelot front with side pockets and seat pocket.  Look to have been made wider at the leg at some stage in the past with the additon of long inserts.
 
There are some areas of feint discolouration and scattered rust spots throughout- some brown marks at the leg at the lower side.  See photos. The seams are unfinished inside (ie not overlocked) so are frayed in parts, there are some repairs at the pocket liners, lower pocket corners and seams. The lower leg shows a small overstitched hole.  Some wear at the hem edges,  some small marks and spots here and there on the legs and some stitch trace marks where the legs were adjusted at some stage.
