Vintage circa 1940s Swiss "salt & pepper" cotton drill workwear over trousers with braces and faded yellow piping down the outer legs. 

Swiss made, all cotton, no size label.  The cinch buckle is marked "Prima".

Blue and white speckled drill cotton. Button fly, side slits- no pockets. Metal cinch buckle and belt at the v back.  Faded yellow piping along the outer legs and 2 button settings to fasten/ draw in the lower legs.   All cotton. Faded down throughout. 
 
 
Mismatched button at the lower leg, some small fray nicks here and there, areas of fading and uneven colour. The hem edges are worn, a bit frayed and show hand repairs.  The piping is a little worn. There are some rust type spots here and there- on the seat and at the cinch belt.   General wear overall and fading.  The inner seams are raw by design.

Measured at 34" in total at the waist - they can be cinched in a couple of inches using the cinch belt

Across at approx "hip" level (these are originally men's over trousers) is 18 1/4"
but NOTE that there are open side slits each side instead of pockets. These should be worn looser to avoid the slits gaping.
Across at the base of the fly, side to side is 22 1/2"
Across the top of the leg at the thigh is 14"
Braces are 38 1/2" long in total with button settings ranging from 26" to 37 1/2"
