Vintage circa 1950s Dutch double breasted cotton chore jacket.
 
Made by KLM Kleding.  marked a vintage European 52 (different from a UK/ US 52!).

Simple unlined cotton drill jacket designed for work. Patch pockets, open revered, double breasted fastening. Can be fastened either to the left or right. Seamed "back belt" detail. Plain cuffs. 
 
Being sold "as is"- showing brownish paint marks on the sleeves, front and upper arm.  See photos!
A little faded here and there. Minor signs of wear but otherwise in very good vintage order.

Sleeves are 23"  from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve
From nape to hem is 25 1/2"
20" across the chest under the arms, the same across the back, measured flat, side to side, pit to pit 
19 1/2" across at approx waist height
22 1/4" across the bottom edge, side to side, when fastened
