Vintage circa 1950s British railway chore vest / waistcoat.

Deadstock and unworn with the paper tag inside.
No modern size label on this- please refer to the measurements at the bottom of the listing.
 
3 slip pockets, wool front and plain cotton back, calico lining with paper tag attached. 5 buttons to fasten.
 
Good order overall on the topside- no wear to speak of as its unworn. Note that the calico lining is marked throughout with brown age spots and mottles.  This isn't musty or damp smelling however. 

Seam to seam across the shoulders at the back is 14 1/4"
20 3/4" total back length
Across the chest under the arms is 20 1/2" -  pit to pit, across the front
narrowing to 20" across at the waist.
From the centre point of the v to the bottom edge is 14 1/2"
