Vintage circa 1940s French corduroy waistcoat.

Cotton corduroy- a faded black with a contrast blueish cotton lining,  the back section is made from a black moleskin fabric. There are two gussets at the rear hem and  cinch belt marked "Paris".  Five button fastening - one is mismatched (a black glass button) and three slip pockets.
 
Faded on the front corduroy section with some edge wear and some wear around the button holes.  The back section shows wear, some edge fraying at the edges at the armhole, and some hand repairs around the edges and a small hand darned patch at the upper back- the repairs are all old/ original.  Some wear at the side slits and light fading/ some fade lines at the back.   The back section is a little creased at the lower centre edge. There is a mismatched button at the front. 

Seam to seam across the shoulders at the back is 14 1/2"

23 1/4" across the bottom edge, side to side
From the centre point of the v  at the front to the bottom edge is 15 1/4"
