Vintage circa 1940s French corduroy waistcoat.

No size label or maker's mark on this- please refer to the measurements at the bottom of the listing and do note the flaws mentioned. 

Cotton corduroy- brown with a brown cotton lining and back section with cinch buckled belt. Five venery buttons (mixed animal motif) to fasten and two slip pockets. 
 
Some light rusting on the cinch buckle, some minor edge wear at the arm hole and edges. Some light fading at the edges. Some tarnishing/ light wear on the buttons.  

Seam to seam across the shoulders at the back is 13"
20 3/4" total back length
Across the chest under the arms is 19" -  pit to pit, across the front
narrowing to 18  1/4" across at the waist.
18" across the bottom edge, side to side- there is a small side notch each side so there is a little more room
From the centre point of the v to the bottom edge is 14 1/4"
