Vintage circa 1950s British Royal Navy submariner jumper.
 
"As is" showing marks, wear, multiple holes and scattered repairs.  See photos. 
 
Cream wool with roll neck, deep banded cuffs and hem. Inner cotton reinforcers at each side of the neck. Label inside at the hem which has faded so there are no details to take from the label, just the cotton label remains. 
 
Being sold "as is", as character piece, or for repair should you be that way inclined. Wearable as it is but do note the wear and enlarge the photos. 
 
Areas of discolouration and some ink marks inside the collar.  Marked and stained on the sleeves.  Scattered holes all over (neck, hemband, front and back ) and all over wear.  Repairs at the side, shoulder and here and there.  
Laundered.

Sleeves are 22 1/2"  from shoulder seam to cuff
From nape to hem is 27 1/2" 
Across the chest under the arms is 17" -  pit to pit, across the front, flat and unstretched
Across the bottom edge, side to side is 12 1/4", flat and unstretched
