1966 dated Royal Navy issue pvc oilskin coat.
 
Concealed button fastening, collar with chin guard, deep flapped pockets, centre back vent and underarm metal grommets. Raglan sleeves.
 
Made by MacBean, with broadarrow mark inside.

Good vintage order, the letters DS have been inside the lining.  Shows only minor marks and light mottles on the top side, some light general wear.  Good order overall. 
 
NOTE- like all PVC/ oilskin garments this will have an odour of PVC- this is normal for a garment such as this. If you're sensitive to this kind of thing then it won't be right for you. 
 
From nape to hem is 46 3/4"
Sleeves are 19 3/4" from the underarm to the end of the sleeve
Raglan sleeves, so no shoulder seams to measure
Sleeves are 32" from the edge of the collar along the arm to the end of the sleeve
Across chest pit to pit when buttoned is 24 1/2" measured flat
